Are you passionate about video editing and viral content? At TalentPop App, we’re looking for a Short-Form Video Assistant who thrives in the fast-moving world of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This role also involves supporting graphic/design elements to enhance video assets for eCommerce clients. Work 100% remotely while helping brands connect with their audiences through scroll-stopping content.

What You'll Be Doing

• Edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms using raw client footage and brand assets.
• Create complementary graphics, captions, overlays, and motion elements to enhance video content.
• Collaborate with creative and growth teams to bring concepts and hooks to life aligned with brand messaging and goals.
• Source trending audio, captions, effects, and formats to keep content relevant and platform-optimized.
• Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, webinars, YouTube videos) into bite-sized, high-impact clips.
• Maintain an organized system for file storage, version control, and content delivery timelines.
• Analyze video performance and apply feedback to improve future edits.
• Stay updated on short-form content trends, platform algorithm changes, and creative best practices.
  
  

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• At least 1 year of experience editing short-form video content for digital platforms.
• Portfolio or reel showcasing creativity, pacing, viral trends, and any integrated design/graphic elements.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing tools.
• Basic graphic design skills for text overlays, motion graphics, and visual enhancements.
• Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and visual composition.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle feedback with a growth mindset.
• Bonus: experience in eCommerce, UGC-style editing, or direct-response marketing.

• Stable DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps upload/download).
