Job Description
**Work Hours: 01:00 pm – 09:00pm PKT (Evening shift)**
Primary Duties
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, videos, graphics, and infographics to educate and inform the audience about kidney health and dialysis care.
- Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality visual content.
- Utilize Canva for designing social media graphics and marketing materials.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster community building.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in healthcare marketing.
- Ensure all social media content complies with healthcare regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and company policies.
- Support social media advertising campaigns to drive engagement and patient education initiatives.
-Requirements-
Work Experience
- 4-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working in a healthcare, dialysis, or kidney care setting.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing or social media management (e.g., Meta Blueprint, HubSpot Social Media, Google Digital Marketing) are a plus.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation tools, and analytics software.
- Experience with paid social media campaigns and audience targeting.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to create visually appealing content and collaborate with graphic designers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare marketing regulations and patient privacy guidelines.
- Passion for patient education and community engagement in the healthcare space.
- Proficiency in Canva for content creation.
- Experience with social media scheduling platforms e.g. Buffer.
- Proven experience in running and managing paid social media advertising campaigns.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications , Public Relations, or a related field.

Monthly Gross Salary (USD): $500 - $600
