Job Description


**Work Hours: 01:00 pm – 09:00pm PKT (Evening shift)**


Primary Duties

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, videos, graphics, and infographics to educate and inform the audience about kidney health and dialysis care.
  • Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality visual content.
  • Utilize Canva for designing social media graphics and marketing materials.
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster community building.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in healthcare marketing.
  • Ensure all social media content complies with healthcare regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and company policies.
  • Support social media advertising campaigns to drive engagement and patient education initiatives.



-Requirements-

Work Experience

  • 4-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a healthcare, dialysis, or kidney care setting.
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing or social media management (e.g., Meta Blueprint, HubSpot Social Media, Google Digital Marketing) are a plus.


Skills

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation tools, and analytics software.
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns and audience targeting.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to create visually appealing content and collaborate with graphic designers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare marketing regulations and patient privacy guidelines.
  • Passion for patient education and community engagement in the healthcare space.
  • Proficiency in Canva for content creation.
  • Experience with social media scheduling platforms e.g. Buffer.
  • Proven experience in running and managing paid social media advertising campaigns.


Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications , Public Relations, or a related field.

    Monthly Gross Salary (USD): $500 - $600
