Social Media Manager

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can create engaging Meta ad content and drive real results through strategic campaigns. If you know how to turn scrolls into clicks and clicks into conversions — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute high-performing ad creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
• Strategize and manage social media campaigns to generate leads and conversions
• Monitor performance and optimize ads based on data and KPIs
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams for campaign alignment
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing (Meta platform expertise is a must)
• Proven track record of running successful ad campaigns
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, ad copy, and creative strategy
• Analytical mindset with the ability to read and act on campaign metrics
• Creative thinker with excellent communication skills
