Were looking for a social-first storyteller whos confident on camera to become one of the faces of our brand. Youll plan, create, and publish short-form content that grows reach and community across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Were looking for a social-first storyteller whos confident on camera to become one of the faces of our brand. Youll plan, create, and publish short-form content that grows reach and community across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
What Youll Do:
- Own the social content calendar and daily posting cadence
- Ideate, script, and film on-camera videos; collaborate with design/editing for fast turnarounds
- Manage communities: replies, DMs, and creator/influencer collaborations
- Track performance (views, watch time, CTR, follower growth) and iterate based on insights
- Stay ahead of trends and recommend new formats and experiments
- Coordinate cross-functional needs (campaigns, launches, events)
- 3+ years in social media management with a portfolio of high-performing content
- Strong on-camera presence and clear communication
- Proven storytelling skills and understanding of short-form best practices
- Working knowledge of analytics and basic editing tools (e.g., CapCut/Adobe)
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with paid social basics (boosting, audience testing)
- Bilingual (Urdu/English)
