Job Description

• Ensure seamless management of client social media channels in collaboration with the Social Media Strategist.
• Develop detailed content calendars and ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Execute posting schedules and campaign launches for client accounts, ensuring all content is delivered error-free.
• Research industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for client account improvement.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all client platforms, in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor conversions using internal tools to help inform strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging social media assets, including graphics and videos, for clients.
• Track all tasks accurately in the task management system to ensure progress is monitored effectively.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years’ proven experience in social media management, ideally with international audiences.
• Trend-savvy and culturally aware: tracks global platform updates, memes, and content formats; adapts quickly.
• Social, charismatic communicator with excellent writing, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Data-literate: comfortable with analytics tools; able to translate insights into content and campaign decisions.
• Highly organized collaborator who can coordinate across teams and manage multiple campaigns.
