Experience: 1-2 years

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms by coordinating amongst multiple teams and the client.
• As per the social plan, create and execute calenders.
• Work alongside the account managers and the SM manager on client brief discussions
• Creating detailed social media content calendars, ensure accurate and timely execution of the calendars i.e. posting schedules, campaign launches, etc.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media techniques.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and keep your social media presence fresh and relevant.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Monitor industry conversations, competitor activities, and customer feedback on social media.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing social media assets, including graphics, videos, and other content pieces.
• Monthly meetings with stakeholders for calendar discussion and approvals.
• Ensure all tasks are accurately logged and managed within the task management system to effectively track progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate branding concepts into engaging marketing content.
• Up-to-date with the latest social media marketing trends.
• Basic knowledge of website operations like HTML, CSS is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
