We are working with a Software Development Agency that also provides Social Media Marketing services to its clients in the US to fill the role of a Social Media Marketing Specialist.

Role Overview:

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting and executing social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. You will work closely with clients to develop their branding and positioning strategies, ensuring their brand voice resonates with their target audience. You will also utilize AI tools to rapidly storyboard and test ideas, bringing fresh, data-driven insights into each campaign.

From strategic planning to performance analysis, this role covers all aspects of social media marketing, tailored to help startups build and scale their online presence effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media and branding strategies that position clients effectively within their market.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posts across all social media channels.
  • Design, create, and schedule posts tailored to Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter, optimizing each for maximum engagement.
  • Leverage AI tools to quickly storyboard and test ideas, adjusting strategies based on rapid feedback and performance data.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and research to identify market trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance weekly, providing insights and data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Engage with followers, managing interactions and responding to comments and inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with US-based clients to ensure alignment with their branding goals and business objectives.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on branding and positioning for startups or international clients.
  • Demonstrated success in managing campaigns on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and social media best practices.
  • Proficiency in using AI and other digital tools to rapidly storyboard, ideate, and test marketing concepts.
  • Excellent ability to create compelling, on-brand content.
  • Analytical skills with experience in using Google Analytics, social media insights, and performance dashboards.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment.
