About Us:

Pure Matrimony is the world’s largest matrimonial platform exclusively for practising Muslims. With our upcoming platform revamp, we're seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Strategist to elevate our digital presence and foster community growth.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong writing and communication skills who can develop, implement, and manage growth strategies across multiple online platforms to increase Pure Matrimony’s reach, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Marketing Manager and Design Team to create impactful content and campaigns that resonate with our brand and target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Podcasting platforms, and Cross-promotion of various media and content to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the marketing manager to create a content calendar and align campaigns with key objectives while working with the design team to produce high-quality visuals and engaging video content.
• Write compelling captions, blog posts, and content that resonate with Muslim audiences, addressing relationship advice, Islamic values, and Pure Matrimony’s features.
• Curate success stories, testimonials, and impactful narratives to inspire and connect with followers.
• Engage actively with the online community by responding to comments, DMs, and messages to foster stronger connections and engagement with audience.
• Build relationships with influencers, Islamic organizations, and content creators to expand reach.
• Implement creative campaigns such as Q&A sessions, polls, and challenges etc to boost engagement.
• Track performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to improve content, engagement, and conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Proven 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, and organic growth strategies.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to craft engaging, meaningful, and impactful content.
• Strong understanding of Muslim cultural values, relationship norms, and marriage dynamics.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh ideas that align with Pure Matrimony’s vision.
• A practising Muslim with an understanding of Islamic values related to marriage and family life.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with Muslim influencers, Islamic organizations, and community networks.
• Strong visual storytelling skills with a portfolio of engaging social media content.
• Ability to identify trending conversations and create timely content that resonates with Muslim audiences.

Job Type: Full-time On-site @ Lahore

Pay: From PKR 80K-140K/month based on experience [Performance-based incentives available.]
