Social Media Strategist / Growth Manager Representative

I’m looking for someone who can fully own and grow our organic social presence (not just posting content!).

I need someone who can:

* Build and execute a solid social growth strategy

* Set and hit follower milestones (5k → 10k → 20k → 50k → 100k+)

* Create 30/60/90 day content plans, themes, hooks, and ideas

* Manage the whole workflow: ideas → scripting → editing → design → posting

* Coordinate with editors/designers to keep content moving

* Handle posting, engagement, and community management

* Track analytics, create weekly/monthly reports, and optimize based on data

* Spot trends early and turn them into content fast

* Use AI tools for repurposing and content support

Weekly deliverables include:

Rolling 30-day content calendar

Posting schedule + captions/hashtags

Weekly performance summary + recommendations

Comment/DM engagement system

Trend updates + new content ideas

You’ll be great for this if you:

– Have proven experience growing social accounts organically

– Understand analytics deeply and know how to optimize

– Are strong with hooks, storytelling, and content direction

– Can manage a content pipeline end-to-end

– Are comfortable using AI tools

– Write well in English (Urdu is a plus)

• Note: You don’t need to film content — filming is handled separately. Your role is strategy, planning, posting, engagement, and growth.
