We are seeking a highly experienced Software Architect with 10+ years of professional experience and a strong track record in designing and delivering large-scale, high-performance software products. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python/Django and React.js, and will lead architectural strategy, development best practices, and technical execution across complex systems.


Key Responsibilities


Architecture & Technical Leadership

  • Lead the design and development of large-scale, enterprise-grade software systems.
  • Define system architecture, technology stack, and long-term technical roadmap.
  • Create comprehensive architectural documentation and ensure adherence to standards.

Hands-on Development

  • Lead hands-on development with Python (Django) for backend systems and React.js for frontend applications.
  • Ensure seamless integration between backend and frontend components.
  • Drive implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Partner with product managers, UX/UI designers, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
  • Mentor engineers, enforce coding standards, and conduct architecture and code reviews.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams on CI/CD, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure optimization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional software development experience.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale, high-traffic products or systems.
  • Strong experience in software architecture and technical leadership.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python and Django.
  • Extensive experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.
  • Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud architectures.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
  • Strong knowledge of software design patterns, architectural principles, and system integration.
