Software Engineer

AutoScale Ventures is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team of 50+ people distributed in the USA, Canada, Pakistan, India, and the Philippines.

Work Setup:

• Preferred location: Remote, Pakistan
• Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Pacific Time (US)
  
  
  

Compensation and Benefits:

• 400K-470K PKR per month, depending on skill level
• Profit sharing

Key Responsibilities:

• Document technical requirements for each development project.
• Explore and evaluate technologies, storage schemas, and solutions to meet project objectives.
• Architect well-organized, scalable classes for maintainability.
• Deliver high-quality products with clean design and fast implementation.
• Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with the team to organize, implement, and launch new products.
  
  
  

Required Experiences:

• Proven experience in designing and building new production systems from scratch.
• Experience working collaboratively with a team to organize, implement, and launch new products.
  
  
  

Preferred Experiences:

• Strong knowledge of server-side languages
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web applications, and object-oriented programming.
• Experience administering Linux servers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
