As a Software Engineer III you will: 

• Will operate under occasional direction of a technical lead, setting priorities and goals while learning and growing technically.
• Continually growing capabilities and strengthening independence, writing software, and being able to analyze and solve increasingly complicated problems.
• Full knowledge of the TCP Software Development Lifecycle. Intermediate TCP product knowledge. 
  
  

You are a strong fit for this role if you have: 

• Ability to understand requirements and solve technical issues with minimal supervision.
• 2-4 Years of relevant experience
• Seen as a strong individual contributor within the team. Able to serve as a Team Lead. 
• With limited guidance from a technical lead, conducts complex work assignment. Full understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
• Mid-level product and high technical knowledge required. 
• Full knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle.   
  
  

  Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
