Software Engineer - React Native

The Role

We’re seeking a React Native Software Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in building and shipping mobile applications using React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript. You’ll be the lead engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining a mobile app from the ground up, working alongside a team of developers. You’ll drive the end-to-end development process, mentor junior developers, and ensure the delivery of a high-quality, scalable mobile applications.

•⁠ ⁠Build and ship production-ready mobile apps using React Native for iOS and Android.

•⁠ ⁠Write clean, maintainable code with JavaScript/TypeScript and related libraries.

•⁠ ⁠Lead technical decisions, architect scalable app features, and manage the development lifecycle.

•⁠ ⁠Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a collaborative team environment.

•⁠ ⁠Communicate effectively with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align on project goals.

What You'll Do

•⁠ ⁠Lead the full lifecycle of a mobile app, from architecture to App Store/Google Play deployment.

•⁠ ⁠Implement pixel-perfect designs for the application, ensuring a polished and consistent user experience across iOS and Android.

•⁠ ⁠Optimize app performance, scalability, and compatibility across platforms.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and platform standards.

•⁠ ⁠Advocate for engineering excellence through mentorship, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing.

•⁠ ⁠(Optional) Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based integrations for mobile apps.

Your Toolkit (Must-Haves)

•⁠ ⁠Languages: JavaScript/TypeScript.

•⁠ ⁠Frameworks: React Native, Expo, React Native CLI.

•⁠ ⁠(Nice to have): Experience with native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java), testing frameworks (Jest, Detox), or cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase).

Bonus Points

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with Next.js and React for building web applications that complement mobile experiences.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Experience with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development for hybrid React Native projects.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Familiarity with GraphRAG, vector-based retrieval systems, or multi-agent AI workflows.
