Role Summary / About The Role

As a Solutions Architect, youll lead the design and implementation of scalable digital solutions across web and mobile ecosystems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and project leadership to craft architectures that are future-ready, secure, and aligned with client and business needs.

Your role is both strategic and hands-on, ensuring our platforms and services are engineered for high performance, security, and innovation..

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end solutions across digital platforms, including content delivery, learning systems, analytics, and mobility.
• Assess and improve existing system architectures, integration points, and infrastructure design.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple engagements, collaborating with project managers and development teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Select and recommend the most suitable frameworks, platforms, and tech stacks for enterprise-grade solutions.
• Guide development teams with DevOps, database design, and security best practices.
• Ensure the scalability, maintainability, and performance of digital products in production environments.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and solution architecture diagrams.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable architecture solutions.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify technology-driven improvements and ensure alignment with system capabilities.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack or solution architecture roles, including 2+ years in a lead/architect capacity.
• Proven background in designing content management systems, learning platforms, analytics tools, and responsive web/mobile solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms, DevOps pipelines, and cloud-native architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Strong understanding of system security, performance optimization, and scalable infrastructure.
• Expertise in database design, cloud integration, and service orchestration.
• Advanced capabilities in business analysis, including requirements elicitation, process modeling (e.g., BPMN), stakeholder engagement, and user story mapping.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and managing product backlogs in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical strategies and communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical audiences.
