The Solution Design Consultant role is the strategic cornerstone of our growth engine. We are looking to add a Solution design Consultant to deliver product capabilities, deliver platform value and define customer-specific solutions that continue to drive our growth through continued customer success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end presales, technical solutions, responses, and estimation on responses.
• Interact with Customers, gauge customers’ IT requirements, and match our solutions to their needs.
• Demonstrate Product capabilities and INRY Services offerings to the customer to meet business needs.
• Create Proposals and RFPs for the Customers based on their requirements.
• Engage customers in defining the technology roadmap and identifying opportunities to drive business outcomes.
• Work closely with INRY Marketing team to build customer success stories and INRY solutions.
• Work closely with the Sales team in understanding the sales and supporting the leads.
• Be up to date with the ServiceNow Platform and INRY strategies.

Candidate must have the following:

• Strong Communication skills. Ability to communicate technical subject matter to non-technical audiences effectively.
• Excellent presentation skills to demonstrate product capabilities.
• Ability to learn and demonstrate new products and features to the customer.
• Ability to Plan and Design product solutions to meet customer needs.
• Exposure to writing best-in-class proposals on technical product implementation.
• Knowledge and exposure to diverse types of databases and basic programming.
