Solutions Architect

Abacus is seeking a highly skilled and articulate Solutions Architect to join our team. This role ideally would be based in our office, but we are open to remote candidates who are a good fit. The position requires English fluency to coordinate effectively with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and RFP/RFI responses
• Provide technical support during the sales process to address client queries and concerns
• Design and architect solutions for API management and integrations
• Develop and implement API proxies, policies, and configurations
• Engage with clients to gather technical requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Present complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to diverse audiences
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and support teams, to ensure seamless implementation of solutions
• Provide training and technical guidance to clients and internal teams

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of API Management, iPaaS, Developer Portals, Integrations, Custom Integrations, and related technologies
• Proven experience in solutions architecture within these domains
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically and strategically
• A smart, engaging professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
• Fluency in English is required
