• Establish design patterns, frameworks, and reusable components.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Champion AI-driven development and data-centric design.
• Lead modernization efforts from legacy monolithic systems to modular monoliths and microservices.
• Provide architectural direction across Microsoft (.NET, C#, Azure) and other technologies (Python, Java, MongoDB).
• Design and govern integration frameworks for interoperability with third-party systems.
• Enforce secure coding principles and compliance with standards such as HIPAA and OWASP.
• Lead and mentor technical teams while providing governance and oversight.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and lead proof-of-concepts for new tools or methodologies.
Required Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in software development, with 3+ years in a solution or enterprise architect role.
• Proven experience designing scalable, multi-tenant SaaS solutions.
• Strong applied knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and design principles.
• Deep expertise in .NET ecosystem (C#, ASP.NET Core, Azure).
• Hands-on exposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
• Strong understanding of microservices, domain-driven design, and containerization.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks.
• Knowledge of Python, Java, and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) is a plus
• Experience in healthcare technology or compliance-driven domains (HIPAA, PHI).
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience managing technology transition or modernization projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Soft Skills & Leadership Traits:
• Strategic thinker who can see the “big picture” while executing tactical improvements.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Inspires and empowers teams through clarity, empathy, and technical authority.
• Advocates for collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning.
• Demonstrates ownership and accountability in guiding complex initiatives.
