About the Role

We’re excited to offer an opportunity for an S&OP Executive to join our team! This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their career in supply chain and operations. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Demand Planners and ensuring the smooth flow of inventory across our 3PL locations and other channels. From managing stock movements between warehouses to preparing critical data for S&OP meetings, your work will contribute to the seamless operation of our supply chain. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and work closely with a collaborative team in a dynamic environment.

Please note that this role will be situated at our office in Lahore (Upper Mall), working on-site from Monday-Thursday, with Friday being an optional WFH day. The normal working hours will be 10am - 7pm PKT.

About You

You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. You have excellent organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. With strong communication skills and a collaborative approach, you’re comfortable working with cross-functional teams. You have a knack for working with data, be keen on analysing inventory, and ensuring accuracy across systems. This role is ideal for someone looking to take their first or second step in supply chain or operations and grow their expertise in a supportive, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor stock levels at 3PL locations, ensuring SKU statuses are accurate across Shopify and ERP systems
  • Prepare inter-warehouse transfers on ERP with guidance from the Demand Planners
  • Track and report on stock movements, including intake to 3PL and Amazon warehouses, as well as inter-warehouse transfers
  • Submit production orders prepared by the Demand Planners and track progress, reporting updates to the team
  • Update allocation dates for incoming inventory and maintain the Business Launch Calendar
  • Manage and update bundle SKUs regularly to reflect inventory changes
  • Prepare data for Weekly S&OP meetings and post updates to Teams for transparency
  • Provide ad hoc support to Demand Planners as needed

Skills Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Good numerical and analytical abilities, with confidence in working with data and Excel
  • Familiarity with inventory management, supply chain, or operations is a plus, but not essential—enthusiasm to learn is key!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Experience with ERP systems or platforms like Shopify is advantageous but not required
  • A problem-solving attitude and eagerness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written communication.
