Key Responsibilities: Define ServiceNow architecture and integration strategies. Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance. Guide development teams on best practices. Evaluate new ServiceNow features and recommend adoption. Required Skills: Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture. Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs). Knowledge of CMDB, ITOM, and advanced modules. Strong understanding of security and governance.
