• 16 years of qualification or higher in Geomatics / GIS / Geography / Space Science or related discipline from HEC recognized institution.
• 18 years of qualification or higher in Geomatics / GIS / Geography / Space Science or related discipline from HEC recognized institution.

• 07 to 09 Years of relevant experience in GIS/RS and Geo-spatial data management for 16 years of education.
• 06 to 07 Years of relevant experience in GIS/RS and Geo-spatial data management for 18 years of education.

• Responsible for quality of all data, gathered from the survey and produced in the Spatial Data Engineering Section.
• Responsible for quality of Mosaicking, geo-referencing, digitization, processing of satellite & UAV imagery in accordance with the set standards
• Remote sensing-based analysis (data acquisition, processing and micro level analysis)
• Development of algorithms for OBIA, Cloud image processing e.g. Google Earth Engine (GEE)
• Orth-rectification of Satellite/UAV data
• UAV Handling, maintenance and monitor drones during flight operation to capture Arial photographs and processing on UAV software
• Generation of DEM, DSM, DTM from UAV and Stereo-pairs data
• Create spatial data, cartographic outputs and keep record of GIS databases and maps Assist in the integration of GIS into various workflows and applications.
• Workplan execution through monitoring of teams
• Develop survey methodologies, protocols, and data collection instruments
• Determine survey sample sizes, sampling methods, and data collection timelines.
• Develop work plans and distribute data accordingly to the team.
• Preparation of daily and weekly progress reports
• Responsible for data storage and its regular backups.
• Responsible for the quality of all data, produced in the Spatial Data Engineering Section and Field survey.
• Analyze and process GIS/RS data to create information products to meet discipline-specific needs.
