- Remain knowledgeable about products and services, as well as market trends.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales processes.
- Provide feedback and insights to management to help shape sales strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the system.
