Purpose
The responsibilities of this position are to Plan, organize, and monitor the activities related to inventory management of distribution and maintenance stores. Implementation and development of Inventory Management policies in reference to KE’s policies; Coordinates with Stakeholder Departments (mainly at present Distribution) to provide optimum support for operational staff as regard to material provision; Evaluates staff performance and identify the areas where the staff needs to improve; Reviews and approve staff development initiatives and ensures compliance of these developed initiatives with KEs strategies. These responsibilities are carried WITH the objective to maintain optimum stock levels in the organization at main and sub-stores along with assuring quality as per KE’s policies WITHIN the limits of departmental objectives and SOPs, organizational policies and SOPs, regulations, values, policies and direct guidelines from the supervisor. Maintaining an accident free environment for staff to operate throughout all DMS locations.
Education & Experience
Bachelors in Engineer (Mechanical/ Industrial) or Business Administration, Preferably MBA in Supply Chain with at least 06 years of experience.
Trainings & Certifications (Mandatory)
Hands-on experience on ERP System
Hands-on experience on Microsoft Office
Know-how of Power system Material information, Logistics, Distribution network, Supply Chain best practices and Material Management

Area Of Responsibilities
- Inventory and Operations Management
- To ensure smooth material operations execution at DMS network
- To ensure DMS PI accuracy maintains as per management target
- To ensure Average 30 days inventory at DMS while ensuring no material is short for CM and all shortage are reported to planning.
- Coordination and Communication
- Ensure meetings with Distribution user and resolve issue pertaining to material issuance
- Coordination with DS&P regarding material allocation and provision to user
- Ensure IT department project are being coordinated and implemented across DMS
- Workforce Management
- To ensure best practices are being communicated to DMS staff and their respective development
- Ensure store operations to be 24*7 by either developing, transferring and managing manpower
- To control OT hours for NMS and OSP employees
- Ensure zero accident takes place at DMS and accident free environment is provided to DMS staff
- Ensure manpower proper training and development for operations and safe working
- Ensure operational safety PPE and tools for safe operations
- Ensure efficient utilization of Logistics to fulfill DMS demand
- To make resource best fit for Material movement along with limited optimized manpower
- To ensure scrap is moved from all DMS locations and no any hurdle in scrap deposition to BSY
