The company was founded by compliance and risk management professionals with well over 100 years of experience to address the need for a results driven intelligence based modular platform that addresses key regulatory challenges for the financial services companies globally. Since the system is built by practitioners, it takes into account the structural, policy and operational difficulties faced by different types of financial services firms of various sizes and complexity. Our solution is available as a SaaS or as an onsite solution.

Regional offices are in Karachi, Doha, Qatar, Canada and Bahrain.

Summary: The QA engineer will be responsible for the quality checking of our platform moving forward, considering the type of scale we are planning for as well as the security requirements such as PII data. This highly responsible position involves using established work procedures to analyze, design, implement, our quality assurance practices.

Job purpose: We are looking for someone who can come in, perform an assessment and afterwards help us get to a point of production readiness.

Duties and responsibilities

• A candidate is expected to execute below duties & responsibilities;
• Help define project plans for production.
• Provide technical and project management expertise across multiple areas of the application.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as required.
• Investigate operational or systematic problems and user queries as required.
• Follow all department standards and methodologies.
• Interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff, senior management and customers.
• Communicate effectively and clearly, in writing and verbally, in one-on-one and group presentation situations.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years overall relevant experience of quality assurance and ad hoc system analysis.
• Preferably experience in Financial Services or Banking industry.
• Working exposure on International projects is highly desirable.
• Experience with Selenium, JUnit and Postman

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelors degree with concentration in Computer Science.
• ISTQB certification preferable.

Timings: Monday - Friday 10am to 7pm
