Role Overview:

We’re looking for a highly skilled Backend Platform Architect to design and scale the backend infrastructure for our AI-powered applications. This is a pivotal role where you’ll work on robust, secure, and scalable systems that support AI models and complex data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement scalable backend systems for AI applications.
• Develop and optimize ETL pipelines for high-volume data.
• Implement AI governance policies to ensure ethical data usage.
• Build advanced data searching capabilities and AI memory management systems.
• Design and manage databases (SQL, NoSQL, Graph DBs).
• Maintain Linux-based server infrastructure.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to deliver seamless integrations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in backend architecture and development.
• Strong Python skills.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, SQL, NoSQL, and Graph DBs.
• Experience with ETL, AI governance, and data search optimization.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred.

• Reports to: Engineering Manager.
• Collaborates with: Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, DevOps, and Product Teams.
