What You’ll Do:
We are looking for an experienced ERP Specialist to manage and optimize our ERPNext system across accounting, inventory, manufacturing, and reporting modules. The role involves setting up financial structures, configuring stock and asset workflows, and ensuring smooth end-to-end manufacturing processes. You will audit and improve existing ERP workflows for efficiency and accuracy, train internal teams on best practices, and support cross-functional use of the system. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of hands-on ERP experience (ERPNext/SAP), strong knowledge of accounting and inventory processes, and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain Chart of Accounts aligned with local standards and best practices
- Handle accounting modules: journal entries, tax setups, cost centers, financial reports
- Configure and optimize stock modules: multi-warehouse setup, UOM conversions, stock reconciliation, stock reservations
- Manage asset lifecycle: creation, depreciation schedules, cost center tagging, and automated accounting entries
- Lead manufacturing workflows: BOM setup, production planning, WIP tracking, and material transfers
- Audit and improve existing ERP workflows for accuracy, speed, and control
- Guide internal teams on best practices for using ERP modules
What We’re Looking For?
- 6+ years of experience with ERP systems — ERPNext and/or SAP
- Deep knowledge of accounting workflows and inventory costing methods
- Strong grasp of ERPNext’s DocType structure, scripting, and permissions
- Experience with manufacturing processes and stock movements inside ERP
- Bonus: scripting knowledge (Python, JS), Frappe framework, SQL basics
- Ability to work with both tech and non-tech teams, train staff, and write SOPs
