About the job:

We are looking for a quality analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience in functional testing in Life products with good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Following are the day-to-day work activities:

• Own accountability of end-to-end testing
• Write test scenarios / cases abiding by ERIE standards.
• Perform functional testing of the applications.
• Derive test metrics and propose improvements.
• Adhere to the test process defined by ERIE.
• Raise defects in JIRA
• Highlight any issues and / or risks in a timely manner.
• Daily status reporting to stakeholders

Requirements:

Candidates are required to have these mandatory skills to get the eligibility of their profile assessed. The must have requirements are:

• 5 – 8 years of functional testing in Life domain
• Life Domain expertise as a business analyst is a plus
• Good understanding of SDLC & STLC
• Should have worked in Agile projects.
• Should have worked in Life Insurance projects
• Good understanding of test management tools viz., Quality Center, Jira, Agile Manager etc.,
• Experience in generating test metrics.
• Process and solution-oriented mindset
• ISTQB / CSTE certification would be an advantage.
• Experience in Selenium automation will be must.

Good to have skill:

Candidates having these extra skills on their resumes have an added advantage while getting their profile assessed

• ISTQB certification
• Experience working on a Production support model.
• Experience in BDD framework
• Knowledge of OOPs concept and basic Java knowledge
