We are looking for a highly driven Staff Augmentation Sales Expert to join our team and lead our efforts in expanding our staff augmentation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, talent outsourcing, and IT services, with a proven ability to build relationships and close deals with global clients. This role demands excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of client needs, and the ability to offer customized staffing solutions.
- Identify and target potential clients needing staff augmentation services, especially in the IT, software development, and digital transformation domains.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to understand requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified resources matching client expectations.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to keep offerings relevant and competitive.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
- Proven experience in staff augmentation sales, IT outsourcing, or talent acquisition sales (preferably 3+ years).
- Strong understanding of IT services, project-based hiring, and resource management.
- Excellent B2B sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to create customized solutions based on client requirements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
