Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at The Closet in Lahore. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing store activities, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining effective communication with customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage
