Job Description:
- Develop and implement effective strategies for buying and merchandising to optimize product assortment.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement structural changes that enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Evaluate the roles and responsibilities of existing staff to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Identify training needs and opportunities for professional development.
- Conducting thorough performance reviews and analyzing data, you will identify areas for improvement and ensure our product offerings align with market trends and customer preferences.
- Increase product visibility and sales through creative displays and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
- Travel to visit suppliers, attend industry events, and assess market conditions. Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and industry professionals.
