Job Summary:
The Associate, User Growth Planning & Performance will support the team in tracking user acquisition, retention, and overall growth through data analysis and reporting. This role will focus on maintaining dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and to support business growth initiatives. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user performance and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
Growth Planning & Forecasting:
- Assist in compiling data and reports to support growth planning efforts.
- Work with the team to track user growth metrics and performance trends.
Data Analysis & Performance Tracking:
- Gather and analyze user behavior and sales performance data.
- Maintain and update dashboards to track key user growth metrics.
KPI Monitoring:
- Assist in tracking user retention and acquisition KPIs
- Highlight key trends and discrepancies in user performance data.
Operational Insights & Reporting:
- Provide data-driven insights to optimize marketing and operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports on user growth trends for internal teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with teams in Marketing, Commercial, Finance to support growth initiatives.
- Help align reporting and analysis with business objectives.
Financial Modeling & ROI Tracking:
- Support in basic financial tracking related to user growth initiatives.
- Assist in evaluating the performance of marketing and growth campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in business analytics or performance tracking, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Having basic SQL knowledge is a plus but not a requirement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
