The intern is a key member of the operations team, responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day business
functions, supporting strategic and operational initiatives, and maintaining high standards of quality,
compliance, and performance. The role requires strong coordination, analytical, and multitasking skills to
manage a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management
●Support daily business operations to ensure consistency and efficiency.
●Support the development and enforcement of operational policies and procedures.
●Assist in resource planning and allocation to meet department needs.
Process Optimization
●Support operational workflows for areas for improvement.
●Implement best practices to increase team productivity and effectiveness.
●Align processes with company objectives and evolving business needs.
Project Management
●Support planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional projects.
●Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure project success.
●Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
Data Analysis and Reporting
●Gather and analyze operational data to monitor performance.
●Prepare reports to support management decisions.
●Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight areas for improvement.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
●Support implementation of quality control systems and compliance checks.
●Ensure adherence to internal policies
●Support basic audits and assist with risk assessments as required.
Team Leadership and Development
●Provide administrative and operational support to the broader operations team.
●Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and team communications.
●Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements
Qualifications:
●Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project management, Operations, or related field.
●Fresh Graduate or past internship/job/freelance experience in operations, administration, or
project coordination.
●Strong organizational and communication skills.
●Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google suite, task management, and other communication
tools.
●Ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
