Job Description
The Supervisor is responsible for managing and organizing shifts, surveying hospital premises to ensure security personnel are alert at the designated areas.

The Supervisor is responsible for managing and organizing shifts, surveying hospital premises to ensure security personnel are alert at the designated areas.
- Ensure all orders and instructions from the Team lead are implemented.
- Assign and supervise duties to Security Guards.
- Supervise and maintain discipline among staff.
- Recommend personnel for hiring, confirmation, promotion and removal from service.
- Manage leaves and schedules of staff; maintain attendance.
- Develop and implement monthly duty roster and schedule.
- Ensure all incidents are immediately reported to the Team Lead.
- Liaise with Security Officer to ensure duties are carried out efficiently.
