We are looking for a supervisor – Customer Service to join our Branch Services South based in Hyderabad. This department oversees regional operations and branch performance, ensuring service standards are met for investors, distributors, and internal teams. It collaborates across TA and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes. Team members are coached and supported to grow professionally while contributing to regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA
- 8–10 years in asset management or banking
- Supervisory experience in India
- NISM V-A certification
