Responsibilities

Your job responsibilities will include:

• Check his/her assigned areas, and make sure that cleaning is being done according to the standard and all schedules are followed
• Inspect all patients’ room after checkout and release for new admissions only when they have met the standard
• Arrange adequate staff coverage to all areas by distributing staff efficiently on daily basis
• Inspect all equipment on daily basis to ensure that equipments are clean and in good operational conditions
• Discuss routine activities with other supervisors on daily basis
• Handle all cleaning requests by assigning the concerned person
• Monitor use of consumable supplies to ensure control and judicious use of the supplies
• Provide on the job training to staff
• Any other related task as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

You should have:

• a Bachelor’s degree, Masters degree would be preferred
• a minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in health care
• Good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills
• Knowledge of housekeeping work procedure and equipment
