Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supplier Integration Analyst to join our Delivery team. This role will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, implementing integration solutions, and optimizing procurement processes to ensure seamless operations between our organization and supplier network.
Key Responsibilities
Lead supplier onboarding initiatives and manage integration projects from inception to completion
Analyze existing supplier processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Configure and maintain supplier portals and electronic data interchange (EDI) systems
Configure Commerce eXtensible Markup Language (cXML) protocols
Collaborate with IT teams to develop and enhance supplier integration solutions
Monitor supplier performance metrics and ensure compliance with established standards
Resolve technical integration issues and provide support to suppliers
Create and maintain documentation for supplier integration processes
Conduct regular audits of supplier data and system configurations
Facilitate training sessions for suppliers on integration tools and processes
Upload and maintain supplier catalogs
Image association, modification, management
Perform catalog, PO, and supplier provided testing
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
Proficiency in EDI systems and supplier portal technologies
Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
Advanced Excel Skills And Data Analysis Capabilities
Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in related field
Supply chain certification (APICS, CPSM, or similar)
Experience with major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Programming or scripting knowledge
Six Sigma or process improvement certification
