This strategic role is responsible for driving efficiencies, reducing costs, and ensuring the timely and quality delivery of products and materials. The ideal candidate will leverage analytical and problem-solving skills, supplier relationship management, and team leadership to meet organizational goals.

Our company is seeking an experienced Logistics, Supply Chain, and Procurement Manager to oversee and streamline our end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, warehousing, logistics, and inventory management. This strategic role is responsible for driving efficiencies, reducing costs, and ensuring the timely and quality delivery of products and materials. The ideal candidate will leverage analytical and problem-solving skills, supplier relationship management, and team leadership to meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize the flow of goods, materials, and services.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain activities and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain processes with business objectives.
- Logistics & Distribution:
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Coordinate with logistics providers, shipping companies, and internal teams to optimize routes and reduce lead times.
- Manage warehousing activities, including inventory control, storage, and distribution processes to maintain stock accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
- Procurement & Sourcing:
- Develop and manage procurement strategies, focusing on cost-effective sourcing while ensuring quality and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable agreements.
- Evaluate and manage supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and service.
- Inventory & Demand Planning:
- Conduct demand forecasting and inventory planning to ensure availability of materials and products without overstocking.
- Implement inventory optimization practices to minimize waste and reduce carrying costs.
- Perform regular inventory audits and oversee replenishment strategies.
- Process Improvement & Cost Management:
- Analyze supply chain data and identify cost-saving opportunities, process enhancements, and efficiency improvements.
- Implement and standardize best practices in logistics, warehousing, and procurement to drive productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technology advancements, and regulatory changes to continuously improve processes.
- Team Leadership & Compliance:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics, supply chain, and procurement team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards across all operations.
- Create and maintain accurate records for audits, reporting, and regulatory inspections.
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field; a Masters degree or relevant certification (e.g., APICS, CIPS) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and procurement management roles.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in supplier relationship management.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Knowledge of international trade, customs regulations, and logistics management.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Salary: PKR 150,000 250,000, based on experience.
- Onsite, Phase 6 Defence, Lahore
