We’re on the lookout for a Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our expanding team and drive our company’s growth!

The Challenge

As our company continues to grow, we need a Supply Chain Data Analyst to support multiple departments, including HR, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations. You will analyze key business data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive efficiency and decision-making. Your expertise in eCommerce data analysis will be crucial in optimizing workflows, improving performance metrics, and ensuring data-driven strategies across all teams.

Day in the Life of a Supply Chain Data Analyst at GT Ecom

• Gather, clean, and analyze data across multiple departments to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Excel).
• Provide insights to improve business performance in HR, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.
• Collaborate with department heads to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting systems.
• Present findings to stakeholders, helping them make informed business decisions.

Success Drivers in the first 90 days for this Role

• Develop a deep understanding of GT Ecom’s processes and KPIs.
• Build and refine dashboards to track key business metrics.
• Identify at least three improvement opportunities based on data analysis.
• Present an initial report on customer service trends and insights.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement at least one process enhancement.
• Gain proficiency with internal tools, CRM systems, and reporting platforms

We would love to hear from you if…

• You have 2+ years of experience in data analysis in eCommerce.
• You have worked in the similar role before
• You are familiar with Shopify, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Python or other coding languages
• You’re proficient in Looker Studio, and Excel for data visualization.
• You have experience handling and analyzing data across multiple business functions.
• You have a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs1,580.00 per hour
