We're seeking a Supply Specialist to support supply management and operational efficiency in our ride-hailing business and daily operations through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

You will be responsible for:

- Assist in developing operational strategies for the Yango ride-hailing business.

- Support partner network management for effective collaboration.

- Help optimize driver supply and coverage through partnerships.

- Facilitate driver onboarding and retention initiatives.

- Monitor daily operations, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.

- Analyze performance metrics and contribute to data-driven initiatives.

- Collaborate with marketing, support, and tech teams to enhance user experiences.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

- Support the operations team in driving continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree; 2-4 years of work experience.

- Experience in operations management, preferably in ride-hailing or logistics.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Data-driven decision-maker focused on process optimization.

- Good stakeholder management and partner networking skills.

- A dedicated team player with a passion for learning and improvement.
