Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Handle customer complaints calmly and efficiently.
• Record details of customer interactions in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
• Meet personal/team targets and call handling quotas.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using computers and call center systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and patience.
• Fluent in Punjabi and Urdu.
