Requirements:

  • Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certifications like ITIL, CompTIA Security+, AWS SysOps, or cPanel & WHM Admin are a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in system administration or ITSM.
  • Expertise in WHMCS, cPanel, domain, and SSL management.
  • Strong experience with Slack, Atlassian, and Google Workspace.
  • Skilled in website optimization and hosting migrations.
  • Advanced knowledge of WHM, cPanel, Plesk, and DNS management.
  • Proficiency in caching, CDN setup, and performance monitoring.
  • Scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell) for automation.
  • Experience with Freshdesk or Jira Service Desk.
  • Knowledge of IT security, encryption, and risk management.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary IT support via Freshdesk.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and user tools.
  • Manage ticketing system to meet SLAs and ensure service quality.
  • Identify and resolve recurring issues to minimize disruptions.
  • Manage user accounts for Slack, Atlassian Suite, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
  • Conduct audits of user access, permissions, and licenses.
  • Optimize tool integrations for productivity.
  • Oversee WHMCS, cPanel, hosting setups, migrations, and domain management.
  • Configure DNS, SSL certificates, and optimize hosting for performance and security.
  • Automate hosting and migration tasks.
  • Improve website performance for WordPress, Shopify, and custom platforms.
  • Monitor security vulnerabilities and apply updates.
  • Manage internal IT infrastructure, including hardware and software.
  • Implement IT security measures like firewalls, antivirus, and access controls.
  • Maintain IT policies and documentation.
  • Automate workflows for hosting, ticketing, and tool administration.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
  • Research and integrate new technologies for system improvements.
  • Train team members on IT systems and security best practices.
  • Create troubleshooting guides and process documentation.
