System & Network Administrator

Role Description

We are hiring a System & Network Administrator for a full-time, on-site role in Lahore. This position is responsible for managing, monitoring, and securing the companys IT and network infrastructure.

This role is open to candidates with prior experience in IT / Tech companies only.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company servers, networks, switches, routers, and firewalls
• Configure, manage, and monitor firewalls (e.g., FortiGate, Sophos, Cisco, pfSense), including rule management and security enforcement
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux operating systems
• Monitor network performance using network monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, PRTG, Nagios) to ensure uptime and reliability
• Manage Wi-Fi, VPN, and LAN/WAN infrastructure
• Handle user account management, access controls, system backups, and disaster recovery processes
• Develop, implement, and enforce IT and network policies, procedures, and best practices
• Ensure system security through regular patching, antivirus management, and vulnerability prevention
• Provide technical support to internal teams for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate hardware repairs, upgrades, and replacements
