We are seeking a motivated Systems and RPS Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals pursuing a career in sales to gain practical experience and enhance their skills in financial management, analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Working with Microsoft dynamics GP directly to gain practical experience in navigating the system, inputting data, running reports, and performing various tasks within the application. Engaging in troubleshooting exercises or practical scenarios to enhance your problem-solving skills within the context of Microsoft Dynamics GP.
- Strong grip of MS Excel sheets & formulas
- Develop cash In-flows & Out-flows and invoicing plan on excel sheet
- Development of costing and fees breakup for various projects
- Liaison stake holders for handover forms using Zoho Portal, generating requests for site creation and uploading of data section wise
- Follow upon emails from client & vendors
- Tasks for sales support such as cheque collection, Deposit in bank.
- Updating CRM portals and looking up of tenders
- Knowledge of LC & ability to understand
- Understanding of Invoice, Performa Invoice & Terms & Condition of Purchase Order
- Preparing comments on purchase order & invoices.
- Basic knowledge of taxation & in Pakistan i.e. GST, SST, PST etc
- Basic understanding of bank guarantees i.e. Performance, Advance bank guarantee.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated interest in sales, with a basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- A willingness to learn and grow professionally, along with a proactive attitude.
