Job Title: Talent Acquisition Trainee

Employment type: Trainee " Upto 3 months leading to permanent"

The Talent Acquisition Trainee is responsible for supporting HR team in all steps associated with sourcing and delivering qualified candidates for Integriti Group Inc. The Talent Acquisition Trainee is a contractual position leading to permanent if he/she would provide excellence to the company and showing initiative, follow up and the highest degree of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Support in developing effective, efficient, proactive, and innovative hiring strategies to attract best-fitting candidates for Integriti Group.

Coordination of applicants, conduction of job interviews and preparation of internal Recruitment steps

Conduct appropriate pre-screening including technical questionnaires.

Consistently meet recruitment KPI’s & metrics based on established Integriti Group goals and processes.

Develop and maintain active pipeline of candidates to meet short- and long-term hiring needs of the clients.

Trainees will participate by adding value to the department in supporting HR team specially in recruitment.

Requirements

Qualifications and skills:

Must have:

Degree in business administration, human resource management, psychology, or any other related field.

Native to strong command on English Language (verbal and written).

Self Learner: Ability to learn from video tutorials and internet research.

As this position involves working on multiple positions at one time, the applicant must be able to set up daily and weekly plans and prioritize effectively.

Self-motivated and can work autonomously.

Excellent written and oral communication skills are required as the this role includes regular communications to international candidates, and other members of the Team.

Upon qualifying a requirement and establishing an effective recruitment plan, the ability to effectively execute and communicate progress is necessary.

Office Timings PKT 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM Last few hours can be remote

Monday to Friday

Office location DHA Phase 4, FF sector.
