Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our Talent Acquisition (TA) department by ensuring all recruitment processes are followed meticulously. This role involves managing job advertisements, candidate testing, data gathering, evaluations, and the recruitment module, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Advertisement Management:
- Ensure all job advertisements are created and posted in accordance with company standards and formats.
- Monitor the performance of job postings and suggest improvements to maximize candidate reach.
Candidate Testing and Evaluation:
- Administer and coordinate candidate testing processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Gather, manage, and maintain candidate data, including test results and evaluation scores.
Recruitment Process Support:
- Provide operational support to recruiters, ensuring adherence to the TA process and protocols.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, feedback collection, and follow-up activities.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain and update the recruitment database with accurate candidate information.
- Generate and analyze recruitment reports to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
System and Process Maintenance:
- Ensure the recruitment module and associated systems are functioning correctly.
- Identify and resolve any issues with the recruitment software, liaising with IT support as necessary.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend changes to enhance the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and MS Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with candidate testing and evaluation tools.
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing and employer branding.
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting.
