NOW HIRING: First Class Team Lead – Medicare & ACA Campaigns

Base Salary: 65,000 PKR + 5k Punctuality Bonus + Performance-Based Incentives

Location: Dubai Plaza, 6th Road, Rawalpindi

Immediate Start | Timings: 6 PM – 3 AM

What You'll Be Doing

Lead from the front—set the tone, raise the bar, and get results. Your role includes:

Coaching & developing high-potential agents

Tracking key performance metrics

Driving team success on Medicare FE & ACA campaigns

Proactively solving problems before they slow us down

Ensuring 100% compliance with TCPA & industry regulations

Creating a culture of accountability, ambition, and excellence

Who We’re Looking For

We need someone who’s done the work, led the calls, and knows what it takes to win

Experience dialing on Medicare & ACA campaigns

Prior leadership or management of closers or verifiers

Strong motivator—without micromanaging

High standards & the ability to hold teams accountable

Clear, constructive coaching style—no ego

Ownership mindset—solves issues fast
