PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Manage assigned insurance accounts receivables task.
- Obtain and complete the Claims Denial Report weekly.
- Provide trends found in the weekly denial report.
- Obtain and complete the Angio report every Friday.
- Obtain and complete the Predictive Revenue Report – Monthly
- Maintain the A/R for all managed sites.
- Manage the Correspondence Dashboard
- Analyze the Weekly A/R report and work with the team to resolve any concerns.
- Manage all hold buckets in Athena.
- Review team productivity report daily
- Conduct weekly team huddles (provide agenda and minutes)
- Processing Virtual Credit Card Payments as needed
- Assist the accounting department research payments as needed.
- Assist staff with any questions or concerns with assigned work.
- Assign work to staff as needed to ensure the A/R is being addressed timely.
- Train new employees
- Perform high-level functions in Accounts Receivable as assigned by the Manager(s) and Director, including reports generation, audits, process and workflow improvement, and inter-departmental communication.
- Serve as a liaison between line manager in the US office and team members in the Pakistan office especially in onboarding and training new hires, daily productivity, and work discipline.
- Serve as a liaison between the management of the Pakistan office and team members especially in areas of conduct.
Requirements:
Work Experience:
- 5 years of experience in the field of Revenue Cycle Management / Medical Billing
- 02 years of experience in a Team Lead or supervisory position
- Medical Billing and/or A/R experience, preferred
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a well reputed Institute.
Skills:
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word and Excel a must
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced setting & multiple, overlapping deadlines
- Good presentation & communication skills
- Strong data entry, organizational and interpersonal skills
- High integrity, team player with patient service focus and flexibility
Benefits
- Workdays: Monday - Friday
- Work hours: 6 PM – 3 AM PKT (Night shift)
- Gross Salary (USD): $600 - $650
