Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Lead and manage a team of Equipment Operators to achieve production targets while upholding high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Oversee shift operations, ensuring optimal machine performance and minimizing downtime.
• Champion loss elimination, process reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach, mentor, and develop shop-floor teams to build a multi-skilled and high-performing workforce.
• Cultivate a positive, disciplined, and collaborative work culture across shifts and departments.
• Ensure strict adherence to Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Promote a culture of innovation by encouraging and implementing process improvement ideas from team members.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Fresh graduates with strong leadership potential are welcome to apply.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations or manufacturing management is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to coach, influence, and effectively manage teams.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, IWS/RTT tools, or other process improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of SAP and quality systems such as ISO 9001/14001 is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
