YOUR TASKS

• Responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
• Ensure seamless processing of all pick-up and delivery (PUD) activities.
• Investigate service incidents related to PUD and ensure all KPIs are met on a daily basis.
• Ensure uniform workload distribution on all PUD routes; conduct regular route optimization and pick-up & delivery optimization (PUDO) activities.
• Conduct regular performance dialogue sessions, morning briefings and performance evaluation meetings.
• Attend to service center needs efficiently at all times.
  
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) with at least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal, team management and follow-up skills.
• Able to meet deadlines and targets in a challenging environment.
• Able to work under pressure and flexible working hours.
