Role Description

This is a full-time office role for a Technical Sales Engineer based in Lahore. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, managing sales processes, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer requirements, designing and proposing suitable solar energy solutions, conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical documents, and working closely with the sales team to close deals. The role also involves troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.


Qualifications

  • Bsc Electrical Engineering and Technical Support skills
  • Strong Sales and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
  • Experience in the solar energy industry is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Minimum 1+ year of experience in the solar industry
