Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards and gain a deep understanding of services.
Draft clear, engaging, and well-researched technical content, including emails, manuals, business proposals, and more.
Develop tailored content for B2B and technical audiences that highlights value propositions and aligns with industry-specific requirements.
Research and stay updated on industry trends to create relevant and impactful content.
Work closely with project, marketing, sales, and engineering teams to gather insights for content development.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in English, Computer Science, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience as a technical writer, content writer in a B2B and IT industry.
Proven experience in drafting technical manuals, business proposals, and email campaigns.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and tools like Microsoft Office, Google Docs.
